The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, Mr. Akin Ogunbiyi has said that his company will soon acquire some companies as part of its expansion in the industry.

According to a statement by the company on Tuesday, Ogunbiyi said that Mutual Assurance had concluded negotiations for the acquisition of 80 percent equity in a leasing company and 70 percent equity stake in a stock broking firm.
